of May to August, there is lot of rush/traffic jams in the sector. Please be
patient at the time of check-in/sightseeing

follow the timings as told by the C THE WORLD TRAVELS representative as the
vehicles are on shared basis. Hence, it may not wait beyond 15 minutes than the
specified timings. In case a person misses the vehicle, he/she will have to
come on their own at the specified location

directly for any activities they opt like rafting, camel ride, Leh Palace, etc.

23. Ladakh being a cold
desert doesn't have star category hotels. Hotels in Leh are very basic which
cannot be compared with the hotels of other developed destinations
24. Most of the hotels
in the region do not have elevators and guests would have to use stairs to
reach their rooms
25. Since vehicles in
Leh are purely owned and managed by the Transport Union, your vehicle and
drivers may change for every transfer and sightseeing
26. It is advisable to
travel light with minimum baggage of one piece per person. All the luggage is
stored on the overhead carriers and sometimes on the back seats of the vehicle
depending on the space
27. Your drivers come
from remote places and are not as educated as you. You are therefore requested
to be soft spoken and gentle with them
28. In case of force
majeure events or strikes or bandhs, or any happening which is beyond the
control of C THE WORLD TRAVELS, best measures will be made to provide you with
an alternative arrangement. However, we will not be held responsible for the
shortening of your itinerary due to such uncontrollable reasons
