Important Notes:-

1. One room can accommodate a maximum of 4 passengers (2 adults, 1 extra bed and 1 child without bed), Rooms and tents may not be suitable for 4 member family hence we advise to take additional room on extra cost.

2. Vehicle provided will be as per the itinerary and not at personal disposal

3. If a vehicle is used for shopping, visiting markets and restaurants, there will be extra charges

4. Fixed menu/buffet meals will be provided at the hotels

5. Hotels/camps provide hot water from 6-8 AM and 6-8 PM only

6. Leh and remote areas have regular power outages

7. Only vegetarian meals will be provided at Nubra

8. Hotels normally shut the main gates at 11:00 PM

9. Heating will not be available at hotels

10. Extra bed at hotels/camps will be mattresses

11. Any modifications and extras will be Extra charged

12. Pre-paid sim cards are not usable in Ladakh. Only postpaid connection will be active that too BSNL, Airtel and Aircel. Vodafone and Idea may or may not work

13. Please take care of the environment and avoid littering, spitting or harming any place of sightseeing

14. During the period of May to August, there is lot of rush/traffic jams in the sector. Please be patient at the time of check-in/sightseeing

15. Hotels may not be able to give you the same rooms on your 2nd and 3rd visit

16. Early check-in/ late check-out is subject to availability of rooms

17. All guests need to follow the timings as told by the C THE WORLD TRAVELS representative as the vehicles are on shared basis. Hence, it may not wait beyond 15 minutes than the specified timings. In case a person misses the vehicle, he/she will have to come on their own at the specified location

18. Guests need to pay directly for any activities they opt like rafting, camel ride, Leh Palace, etc.

19. Package rates are subject to change without prior notice

21. In case of unavailability at the mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel

22. Guests need to pay directly for pony/porterage or any other service which is not mentioned in itinerary

23. Ladakh being a cold desert doesn't have star category hotels. Hotels in Leh are very basic which cannot be compared with the hotels of other developed destinations

24. Most of the hotels in the region do not have elevators and guests would have to use stairs to reach their rooms

25. Since vehicles in Leh are purely owned and managed by the Transport Union, your vehicle and drivers may change for every transfer and sightseeing

26. It is advisable to travel light with minimum baggage of one piece per person. All the luggage is stored on the overhead carriers and sometimes on the back seats of the vehicle depending on the space

27. Your drivers come from remote places and are not as educated as you. You are therefore requested to be soft spoken and gentle with them

28. In case of force majeure events or strikes or bandhs, or any happening which is beyond the control of C THE WORLD TRAVELS, best measures will be made to provide you with an alternative arrangement. However, we will not be held responsible for the shortening of your itinerary due to such uncontrollable reasons
