APPLICABILITY OF THIRD PARTY & SUPPLIER RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

You agree that C THE WORLD TRAVELS is only the facilitator connecting you and the Service provider including Transport, Airline, Sight Seeing, Boarding & Lodging, Hotel etc. “supplier” and therefore your enquiry/reservation shall be subject to Additional terms of use. You acknowledge that some Suppliers may require you to present a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in to cover additional expenses during your stay. Such deposit is unrelated to any payment received by C THE WORLD TRAVELS for Services booked by C THE WORLD TRAVELS. You acknowledge that Service Providers may require you to sign their liability waiver prior to participating in the service and/or activity they offer. You understand that any violation of any such supplier’s rules and restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable travel product or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.

Enquiry/Bookings made by you through C THE WORLD TRAVELS Website, C THE WORLD TRAVELS will only act as an intermediary between you and the service providers, and you agree that the contractual relationship will be directly between you and that service provider. C THE WORLD TRAVELS sole role and responsibility is to transmit the details of your reservation to the relevant service provider (“Service Provider”), and send you a confirmation by email or otherwise for and on behalf of the relevant service provider. Payments for all Bookings will be in accordance with the terms and conditions set out by the Service Provider (“Service Provider’s Terms”). You agree to be bound by the Service Provider’s Terms, which could include (but not limited to) the Service Provider’s rules regarding use of service of Service Provider.

Your personal information may also be used by C THE WORLD TRAVELS only for the purpose of News Letters, or promotional messaging in relation to C THE WORLD TRAVELS products which may be disclosed to its Contractors/sub-contractors for the purposes of sending promotional messages regarding the product/services offered by C THE WORLD TRAVELS and Third Party Service Providers.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

C THE WORLD TRAVELS accepts all cards with MasterCard or Visa branding, and other payment methods including Mobile Wallets and Mobile Money such as Paytm or PayU etc., which your issuer allows you to use to make purchases online. You shall not provide/share your online banking user name or password with any C THE WORLD TRAVELS Agent. C THE WORLD TRAVELS does not want any information regarding your Account Access Data and you agree not to provide us with your Account Access Data.

 

CANCELLATION & REFUND

You understand that the bookings made by you are non-refundable and are subject to refund policies of the Service Providers. C THE WORLD TRAVELS facilitates reservation on as is where is basis and without any cancellation policy or refund policy. C THE WORLD TRAVELS or the Service Provider shall not make any cancellation once the booking has been done, nor it shall entertain any request for refund.
