After breakfast leave for Srinagar and Enjoy a beautiful sightseeing of the Mughal Gardens, visitingNishat Bagh built by Asaf Khan, the brother -in- law of Jahangir in 1632 AD, and Shalimar Bagh built by Jehangir for his wife empress Noor Jahan. All the gardens are situated on the banks of Dal Lake with the Zabarwan hills in the background and In the evening you will take a Shikara ride on Dal Lake, where you visit the floating vegetable gardens. While riding the Shikara there are plenty of opportunities for bird watching with plentiful species including Kingfisher, Little Bittern, Common Pariah Kites, Grebe etc overnight in a Hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay in the Hotel.

After breakfast drive to Pahalgam (The valley of shepherds). The total distance is about 170 kms, and will be covered in about 5:30 hours. En-route, visit the saffron fields of pampore, Awantipura Ruins (1100 years old temple of Lord Vishnu built by the King Awantivarman), and enjoy the beautiful countryside. Drive through the pine forests. Arrive at Pahalgam, Overnight stay in the hotel.

After Breakfast , One can also enjoy a cab ride to nearby places like Chandanwadi , betaab valley , aru valley (on a direct hire basis) or if you are an avid nature lover you may take pleasure in a peaceful walk along the River Ladder. Pahalgam is famous for some trekking routes also & is the base camp for Amarnath Pilgrimage, and drive back to srinagar hotel.

After breakfast, drive to Gulmarg “Meadow of Flowers” 2730 Mts. above sea level. Gulmarg has one of the best Ski slopes in the world and the highest golf course of the world with 18 holes. One can also have the view of Nanga Parbhat if weather permits. The view enroute from Tangmarg to Gulmarg is fascinating. you can also have a short trek up to Khilanmarg which can be covered in about 3 to 4 hrs and drive back to srinagar hotel.

After Breakfast ,proceed to Doodh-e-pathri is yet another bowl shaped valley about 55 kms from Srinagar.It is a recent discovery in the valley covered with the green carpeted meadows. A flowing river resounds with soft wind passing through the pine trees of the enclosures of the valley. It is also called a Valley OF MILK because it produces rich milk in a large quantity & on Evening time drives back to Srinagar, dinner & Overnight in a hotel.

After breakfast, pack your bags and get ready to be transferred to Srinagar airport to catch a flight for an onward destination with sweet holiday memories
